Treatment 1: Alkaline (Type B Gelatin)

Hides are soaked in controlled alkaline solutions to relax and open the collagen structure, followed by neutralization to achieve the perfect pH.

Treatment 2: Acidic (Type A Gelatin)

Hides undergo precise acid treatment to modify collagen structure, followed by washing and pH adjustment for optimal extraction.

Pure Water Preparation

High-purity reverse osmosis (RO) water is prepared to guarantee the highest standards throughout production.

Cooking & Extraction
